HEALTH RETIREMENT ACCOUNT. Section 34.1: The Union and the City agree that the City will establish a Health Retirement Account for the benefit of members employed as of 3/7/06. This benefit will only be available to those bargaining unit members that are employed as of 3/7/06. Rehired members are only entitled to this benefit based on their current completed years of service.
