Health Spending Allowance Clause Samples
A Health Spending Allowance clause establishes a set amount of funds that an employer provides to employees to cover eligible health-related expenses not otherwise covered by standard insurance. Typically, this allowance can be used for medical, dental, vision, or prescription costs, and employees may need to submit receipts or claims for reimbursement up to the specified limit. The core function of this clause is to offer employees additional financial support for healthcare needs, thereby enhancing benefits and reducing out-of-pocket medical expenses.
