Common use of Health Spending Allowance Clause in Contracts

Health Spending Allowance. 13.05.1 A Health Spending Allowance equal to $130.00 for each three (3) credit-hour course taught shall be made available to all Schedule A and Regular Appointment Employees. Where an Employee teaches part of a course, the Health Spending Allowance shall be prorated in accordance with Article 5.06.4.1.
