Hearing Conclusion. After the hearing or after the hearing is waived by written request or by failure to attend, the appropriate administrator shall either: (a) dismiss the charges; or (b) confirm (or modify) the charges and state the formal disciplinary action to be taken which may range from a formal discipline by documentation (see 22.§5 below) to dismissal for cause, although nothing prevents the writing of a letter of notice at this time. The bargaining unit member shall be notified in writing of the action, including the findings of facts and conclusions, within five (5) business days of the hearing.
