Hearing Site Sample Clauses

Typically, this clause identifies a city, state, or venue that is mutually agreed upon by the parties involved in the contract. By clearly establishing the hearing site in advance, the clause helps prevent disputes over venue selection and ensures that all parties are aware of where proceedings will occur, thereby promoting fairness and logistical clarity in the event of a dispute.
