HEARING TO BE INITIATED. The Superintendent shall convene a hearing with the Board or a Committee of the Board to consider the evidence and the Superintendent's recommendations before any of the following actions are taken: a. Termination of the services of an employee on probation pursuant to Article C.27, b. Dismissal for unsatisfactory performance, pursuant to Article C.29, or c. Suspension or dismissal, including any action under section 15(7) of the School Act, pursuant to Article C.31.
