Heartland Value Fund Sample Clauses

Heartland Value Fund. The Company understands and acknowledges that Heartland Group, Inc. is entering into this Agreement solely on behalf of the Heartland Value Fund and that any claims that the Company may have against Heartland Group, Inc. under this Agreement or otherwise in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby shall only be made against the assets of the Heartland Value Fund, provided, however, that the foregoing shall be of no force or effect in the event of the distribution of all of the assets of, or dissolution, winding up or other termination of, the Heartland Value Fund.
