Heavy Articles. No safe or article the weight of which may, in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, constitute a hazard or damage to the Building or its equipment, shall be moved into the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises. Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or damage the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall be reasonably prescribed by Landlord.
