Common use of Heavy Articles Clause in Contracts

Heavy Articles. No safe or article the weight of which may, in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, constitute a hazard or damage to the Building or its equipment, shall be moved into the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises. Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or damage the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall be reasonably prescribed by Landlord.

Heavy Articles. No safe or article article, the weight of which may, in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, constitute a hazard or of damage to the Building or its equipmentBuilding, shall be moved into the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such Other safes and heavy articles in the Premises. Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or damage the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall reasonably be reasonably prescribed by Landlord, and Landlord may reasonably designate the location of such safes and articles.

Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or result in damage to the Building or its equipment equipment, shall be moved into, from or about the Building or its equipment, only during such hours and in such manner as shall be reasonably prescribed by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises.

Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or damage the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only 92 , except in accordance with Paragraph 5 of the Rider attached to the Lease during such hours and in such manner as shall be reasonably prescribed by Landlord, and Landlord may designate the location of such safes and articles.

Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises. Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which will not constitute a hazard or cause damage the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall be reasonably prescribed by LandlordLandlord and Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises. The floor load for the Premises shall not be exceeded by Tenant.
