Common use of Heavy Objects Clause in Contracts

Heavy Objects. Landlord shall have the power to prescribe the weight and position of safes and other heavy equipment or items, which in all cases shall not, in the opinion of Landlord, exceed acceptable floor loading and weight distribution requirements. All damage done to the Building by the installation or removal of any property of Tenant, or done by Tenant’s property while in the Building, shall be repaired at the sole expense of Tenant.
