Held for Investigation or Company Business. 16.1 Employees held for Company's investigations and no responsibility is attached to them in connection with the matter under investigation (i.e., not subject to discipline) or on Company business on the order of the proper officer will, if required to lose time by reason thereof, be paid for time lost. Reasonable expenses for transportation, necessary meals and lodging will be allowed by the Company.
