Common use of Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Held in Trust. The moneys and Permitted Investments held by the Trustee under this Trust Agreement are irrevocably held in trust for the benefit of the City and the Owners of the Certificates solely for the purposes herein specified, and such moneys, and any income or interest earned thereon, shall be expended only as provided in this Trust Agreement, and are not subject to levy or attachment or lien by or for the benefit of any creditor of the Corporation, the Trustee, the City or the Owner of any Certificates.

Held in Trust.
