Heritage Albertson’s System Code. Prior to the termination or expiration of the TSA, and so long as Albertson’s is not in default of the TSA, Albertson’s shall have the option to purchase from SVU the heritage Albertson’s source code (the “System Code Purchase Option”). The terms and conditions applicable to the System Code Purchase Option are set forth on Exhibit B hereto.
