Common use of High Risk Use Clause in Contracts

High Risk Use. 20.1. The Customer acknowledges that the Products are not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance where the failure of the Products could lead directly to death, personal injury, or significant physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Activities”). The Customer acknowledges that the use of the Products in High Risk Activities is not authorised.
