Highly Qualified Permanent. Unit Members who have been employed by SCOE for at least ten (10) years, may be evaluated based on classroom observation or alternative methods such as teacher portfolio, student portfolio, project development, development of instructional units, development of support materials and/or other methods as determined by mutual agreement between the Evaluator and Evaluatee. The sources of input shall be consistent with Section 8.2.7. The observation method must be utilized once during every ten (10) year period as the method of evaluation.
