Where applicable, the Parties will comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) (45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164) as well as any laws and regulations promulgated by thereunder and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH”) (Title XII of Division A, Title IV of Division B, Pub. L. No 111-5).
