Contractor Standards. Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor Standards. During the term of the Contract, the Contractor shall maintain business stability, integrity in employee relations and the financial ability to pay a living wage to its employees. If requested to do so by the County, the Contractor shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the County that the Contractor is complying with this requirement.

Contractor Standards. Contractor shall perform its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards.
Contractor Standards. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide Specialty Services in conformance with all applicable federal and state law, regulations, and/or professional standards required of a Notary Public and as required by generally accepted standards within the notary profession.

b. All contracted interventionists MUST participate and complete ADA and PREA training within 90 days of start date.
c. Contractor understands that the interventionists will be scheduled be 30 – 35 hours per Full Time Equivalent (FTE) of 40 hours per week in direct delivery of curriculum and services. This is to include preparation and documentation of services on State Electronic Offender Management System (OMS).
d. Contractor will provide services not less than 48 weeks of a 52-week calendar year. Any variation must be submitted to State Contract Manager and is subject to written preapproval by State Contract Manager. This is to be submitted and included in the contract file.
e. Collaboration with Risk Intervention Services Coordinator, Risk Reduction Coordinator (Northeast region and Southwest Region), State Central and Local Staff and other interventionists
f. State recognizes that working effectively with moderate high risk correctional population requires specific attitude, knowledge, and skill sets. Contractor agrees that interventionist staff will collaborate with the Lead Clinical Interventionist in developing a professional development plan in the Provider Competencies for working effectively with this population. The Lead Clinical Interventionist will share this plan with the Risk Intervention Services Coordinator (RISC) or Risk Reduction Coordinator (RRC) and individual feedback with the State and with organizational supervisors regarding the proficiency with this population and identification of training and/or supervision needs. This model requires direct observation of the interventionist on a monthly basis by the Lead Clinical Interventionist.

If requested to do so by the COUNTY, the CONTRACTOR shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the COUNTY that the CONTRACTOR is complying with this requirement.
