HIRE OF GOODS. 31.1. For each Order for the hire of Goods, subject to any contrary requirements of the Purchaser communicated in accordance with the Ordering Procedures: 31.1.1. the provisions of Section C apply, except clauses 28.3 (Risk and Ownership) and 30 (Guarantee); and 31.1.2. the provisions of this Section D apply. 31.2. The hire period agreed in accordance with the Ordering Procedures may be brought to an earlier end upon 3 months’ notice by the Purchaser.
