Hiring of Company Personnel. Upon the termination or expiration of this Contract under any provision hereof, the County or any successor operator of the Transfer Station or Drop-Box Sites designated by the County shall have the right to offer employment on any terms it may choose to any other Company employee employed full time at the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites. The Company shall assist and cooperate with any such employee transition. The Company shall assist and cooperate with any such employee transition in the manner reasonably requested by the County.

Hiring of Company Personnel. Upon the term ination or expiration of this Service Contract under any provision hereof, the Borough or any successor operator of the Managed Assets designated by the Borough shall have the right to offer employmen t on any terms it may choose to any Company employee employed full time at the Managed Assets. No Company employment agreement, job offer, letter or similar document may contravene this right. The Borough or its designated successor operator shall extend any such job offer within 15 days of the expiration or termination of this Service Con tract. The Com pany shall assist and cooperate with any such employee transition.
Hiring of Company Personnel. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement under any provision hereof, the Borough or any successor operator of the Wastewater System designated by the Borough shall have the right to offer employment on any terms it may choose to any Company employee employed full time at the Wastewater System. No Company employment agreement, job offer, letter or similar document may contravene this right. The Borough or its designated successor operator shall extend any such job offer within 30 days of the expiration or termination of this Agreement. The Company shall assist and cooperate with any such employee transition.

  • Non-Solicitation of Employees The Executive will not, during the period of the Executive’s employment with the Company, and for a period of one year after the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, directly or indirectly, recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company to leave the employment of the Company, nor hire any such employee at any enterprise with which the Executive is then affiliated.
