The Party designated in Article 4.1 (Designation of the Operator), a successor Operator selected under Article 4.5 (Selection of Successor Operator), and, if applicable, a substitute Operator selected under Article 4.2 (Substitute Operator).
In accordance with Article 4.5 (Selection of Successor Operator), this Agreement will terminate if no Party is willing to become Operator, effective after all conditions in clauses (a) through (d) above have been completed.
In addition, upon request, Lessee shall, subject to compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements, promptly deliver copies of all books and records relating to the Leased Property of such Facility and all Capital Additions thereto and operations thereon to Lessor or such Successor Operator.
