Hold Assets un-invested pending investment, distribution, resolution of a dispute, or for other operational reasons, and to deposit the same in an interest-bearing or noninterest-bearing deposit account of the Bank, notwithstanding any sweep direction for the Account or the Bank’s receipt of “float” income from such un-invested cash.
