Common use of Hold for Benefit of Customer Clause in Contracts

Hold for Benefit of Customer. Where it is unable to pass to Customer any manufacturer's warranties in respect of any of the Goods supplied to Customer under this Agreement, Windcave will hold any such warranties for the benefit of Customer; and
