Holder of Class R Interest. Under the Trust Agreement, the Trust has appointed the Owner Trustee to be the Trust Registrar for the Class R Interest. The Class R Interest Holder will be the Person registered as the holder of the Class R Interest on the Trust Register. The Class R Interest Holder will receive any Series 2023-7 Available Funds not needed on a Payment Date to pay the Notes and the Trust’s other obligations as set forth in Section 8.2 of this Indenture.
