Common use of Holders Lists Clause in Contracts

Holders Lists. If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Registrar for the Notes, the Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of the Notes pursuant to § 312 of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (a) semi-annually not more than 15 days after each record date for the payment of interest on such Notes, as hereinabove specified, as of such record date and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.5 for non-interest bearing securities in each year, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.
