Holders Lists and Reports by the Company and the Trustee. Section 5.01 Company to Furnish Trustees Information as to Names and Addresses of Holders; Preservation of Information. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustees with respect to the Debt Securities of each series: (a) not more than 15 days after each record date with respect to the payment of interest, if any, and in any event at stated intervals of not more than six months, a list, in such form as the Trustees may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders as of such record date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustees may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and contents as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustees shall be the Registrar, such lists shall not be required to be furnished. The Trustees shall preserve, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable, all information as to the names and addresses of the Holders (i) contained in the most recent list furnished to it as provided in this Section 5.01 or (ii) received by it in the capacity of paying agent or Registrar (if so acting) hereunder. The Trustees may destroy any list furnished to it as provided in this Section 5.01 upon receipt of a new list so furnished.

The Company covenants and agrees that it shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of any series of Debt Securities: (a) semiannually and not more than 15 days after each Regular Record Date, as of such Regular Record Date, and (b) at such other time as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Company of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished; provided that, if and so long as the Trustee shall be the Co-Registrar, such list shall not be required to be furnished.
