Common use of Holders of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Holders of Obligations. Administrative Agent, U.K. Administrative Agent and Canadian Administrative Agent may deem and treat the payee of any Obligation as reflected on the books and records of such Agent as the owner thereof for all purposes hereof unless and until a written notice of the assignment or transfer thereof shall have been filed with Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 12.8(c). Any request, authority or consent of any Person who, at the time of making such request or giving such authority or consent, is the holder of any Obligation shall be conclusive and binding on any subsequent holder, transferee or assignee of such Obligation or of any Obligation or Obligations granted in exchange therefor.
