Common use of Holding of Security Clause in Contracts

Holding of Security. The Administrative Agent declares that it shall hold the Liens entrusted to it, the properties and assets charged thereby and the rights granted to it under each Finance Document, for its own benefit and as Administrative Agent for the rateable benefit of each Lender and other Finance Party. The rights vested in the Administrative Agent by any Finance Document shall be performed by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Section 16.9.
