Common use of - HOLDING POSSESSION- Clause in Contracts

- HOLDING POSSESSION-. The SELLER/PROMOTER herein hereby covenants that the PURCHASERS and their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns, shall and may from time to time and all time hereafter peaceably and quietly enter into hold, possess, use and enjoy the “said property” and every part thereof and receives rents issues and profits thereof and all other benefits, rights and properties hereby granted, sold, conveyed and transferred , assigned and assured or expressed or intended so to be unto and to the PURCHASERS, without any lawful eviction, hindrance, interruptions, disturbances, claim or demands whatsoever from or by the vendor/owner, developer or any person or persons lawfully or equitably claiming any right or estate therein from or under or in trust from the SELLER.

- HOLDING POSSESSION-. The SELLER/PROMOTER herein hereby DEVELOPERhereby covenants that the PURCHASERS PURCHASER and their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns, shall and may from time to time and all time hereafter peaceably and quietly enter into hold, possess, use and enjoy the “said propertySaid Property” and every part thereof and receives rents issues and profits thereof and all other benefits, rights and properties hereby granted, sold, conveyed and transferred , assigned and assured or expressed or intended so to be unto and to the PURCHASERSPURCHASER, without any lawful eviction, hindrance, interruptions, disturbances, claim or demands whatsoever from or by the vendor/ownerowners, developer or any person or persons lawfully or equitably claiming any right or estate therein from or under or in trust from the SELLERDEVELOPER.
