Owner Occupancy. Participant(s) agree to maintain the property as their primary residence during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof, or until closeout, documentation is approved by NCORR. If during the term of the Grant Agreement, Participant(s) (1) use the property as an investment property (2) convert the structure to an ineligible structure type or use, or (3) uses the property as a recreational house or “second” home, then NCORR may require immediate payment in full of the entire grant amount provided to the Participant(s). Participant(s) agree that if during the term of this Agreement, any extensions thereof or prior to closeout, Participant(s) sell part or all of the property without NCORR’s prior written consent, then NCORR may require payment in full the amount of the Grant outstanding at the time of sale.

Owner Occupancy. The CM shall provide services during the design and construction phases which will provide a successful and timely Owner occupancy of the PROJECT. The CM shall provide consultation and Project management to facilitate Owner occupancy and provide transitional services to get the work, as completed by the subcontractors; "on line" in such conditions as will satisfy Owner operations requirements. The CM shall catalog operational and maintenance requirements of the equipment to be operated by maintenance personnel and convey these to the Owner in such a manner as to promote their usability. The CM shall provide operations training, in equipment use, for building operators.

He shall provide consultation and project management to facilitate Owner occupancy and provide transitional services to get the work, as completed by the Construction Managers, "on line" in such conditions as will satisfy Owner operational requirements. (a) He shall conduct the Construction Manager’s preliminary punch list inspection and coordinate the completion of all punch list work to be done with Owner occupancy requirements in mind. (b) He shall catalog operational and maintenance requirements of equipment to be operated by maintenance personnel and convey these to the Owner in such a manner as to promote their usability. He shall provide operational training, in equipment use, for building operators. (c) He shall provide a comprehensive list of all machinery and equipment installed during the project. (d) He shall secure required guarantees and warranties, assemble and deliver same to the Owner in a manner that will facilitate their maximum enforcement and assure their meaningful implementation. (e) He shall continuously review "As-Built" Drawings and mark up progress prints to provide as much accuracy as possible.

Contractor shall secure required guarantees and warranties, assemble and deliver same to the Owner in a manner that will facilitate their maximum enforcement and assure their meaningful implementation. Contractor shall continuously review "As- Built" Drawings and mark up progress prints to provide as much accuracy as possible. The Owner will not occupy or take control of the project until the above items discussed in this paragraph have been completed and the "Substantial Completion", "Start-Up", "Record Drawing", and "Warranty" requirements have been completed to the Owner's satisfaction.
Owner Occupancy. The post-Closing QC review must include a verification of owner-occupancy for all Mortgage Loans secured by a Primary Residence. The PFI must review the property insurance policy and any other documentation in the file that is necessary to confirm there are no indicators that the property is not the Borrower’s Primary Residence. Documentation could include such items as the Appraisal, income tax returns, or tax transcripts. In addition, the changing of the mailing address by the Borrower to an address other than that of the Mortgaged Property’s shortly after Closing may be an indication that the Mortgaged Property is not the Borrower’s primary residence.

Access into Comm Rooms and Work Areas; it is the responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate physical access prior to work start into; Technology Rooms / Communication Rooms, Work Areas, and ancillary work areas necessary for tasks to be accomplished.

Owner Occupancy. Construction Manager shall provide a smooth Owner occupancy of the Project. Construction Manager shall provide consultation and project management to facilitate Owner occupancy and provide transitional services to get the Work, as completed by Construction Manager, “on line” and in such condition as will satisfy Owner’s operational requirements. Construction Manager recognizes Owner is a public entity responsible for operating facilities related to public education. If the Project, or any portion, is not complete in time for regularly scheduled student occupancy, then Owner may, at its option, occupy the Project or a portion thereof prior to Construction Manager obtaining Substantial Completion. In the event of occupancy prior to Substantial Completion, the parties agree that occupancy will not be construed as acceptance of the Work or construed as Substantial Completion. Construction Manager shall conduct the punch list inspection, incorporating the Owner’s punch list, and coordinate the completion of all final punch list work to be done with Owner occupancy requirements in mind.

The Construction Manager shall continuously review " As-Built" Drawings and xxxx up progress prints to provide as much accuracy as possible.
