Holdover Fee. If Customer does not remove its Product from the Terminal on or before the date this Schedule terminates, except to the extent any delay in removal is caused by Company, Customer will pay a holdover fee of $0.05 per Barrel of Product per day in addition to any Throughput Charge.

Holdover Fee. Each Tenant shall pay One-Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each day he or she occupies the Premises or otherwise holds over the expiration of the Lease Term.

Nothing in Section 27 or this Section 28 shall limit Landowner’s rights or remedies or be deemed a consent to any holdover. If Landowner is unable to deliver possession of the Property to a new client or to perform improvements for a new client as a result of Licensee's holdover, Licensee shall be liable for all resulting damages, including lost revenue, incurred by Landowner.

Holdover Fee. (i) If the Tenant fails to leave the Premises at the end of the Term or upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant will, at M-NCPPC’s election, be deemed to be holding over. During any holdover period, Tenant shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement, except that the monthly rent will be one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the last monthly rent before the expiration or termination of this Agreement for the first 12 months after the expiration or earlier termination date.
Holdover Fee. If any guests or staff members remain on the Premises beyond the hours of this Agreement, Licensee may be charged a fee of $25.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof that the Premises remains occupied. This fee may be deducted from Licensee's clean up/damage deposit.
