Holdover Fee. If Customer does not remove its Product from the Terminal on or before the date this Schedule terminates, except to the extent any delay in removal is caused by Company, Customer will pay a holdover fee of $0.05 per Barrel of Product per day in addition to any Throughput Charge.
Holdover Fee. Each Tenant shall pay One-Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each day he or she occupies the Premises or otherwise holds over the expiration of the Lease Term.
Holdover Fee. If the STUDENT does not vacate the premises during the Semester Break period or at the end of the term of occupancy, the UNIVERSITY reserves the right to charge a $100 per day holdover fee.
Holdover Fee. Residents who leave for an Interim Break without transferring out of their old Room assignment into their new Room assignment will be charged a $100 holdover fee. Residents must reside in the Room to which they are assigned. Residents who transfer Rooms without prior approval will be required to transfer back to their original Room. A $50 fee and a student conduct violation may be imposed for transferring from one Room to another without prior approval from the Housing Service Center and completion of the Room Change request form.
Holdover Fee. Licensee shall pay to Licensor a daily charge of $1.50 per square foot of rented space for each day the Licensee continues to occupy the Garage or Storage Unit beyond the Expiration Date or the date of earlier termination (the “Holdover Fee”). The daily payment obligation of the Holdover Fee is in addition to, and is not a substitute for, all other remedies available to Licensor under applicable law or in equity.

Holdover Fee. Licensee agrees to pay a holdover fee on a daily basis, without reduction for any partial day, at a rate equal to 250% of the Active Filming Date daily rate for a holdover continuing for a period of one to three days in excess of the License Term. Licensee agrees to pay a holdover fee on a daily basis, without reduction for any partial day, at a rate equal to 500% of the Active Filming Date daily rate for a holdover continuing for a period of four or more days in excess of the License Term. The Active Filming Date daily rate is equal to [ACTIVE FEE] and 00/100 DOLLARS ($[TOTAL RESTORATION FEE]). The daily holdover fee will be applied at 12:01 AM on the day following the expiration of the License Term and will be applied at 12:01 AM of each day the Licensee fails to surrender the Property or fails to return the Property to the agreed upon condition. Nothing in Section 27 or this Section 28 shall limit Landowner’s rights or remedies or be deemed a consent to any holdover. If Landowner is unable to deliver possession of the Property to a new client or to perform improvements for a new client as a result of Licensee's holdover, Licensee shall be liable for all resulting damages, including lost revenue, incurred by Landowner.
Holdover Fee. (i) If the Tenant fails to leave the Premises at the end of the Term or upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant will, at M-NCPPC’s election, be deemed to be holding over. During any holdover period, Tenant shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement, except that the monthly rent will be one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the last monthly rent before the expiration or termination of this Agreement for the first 12 months after the expiration or earlier termination date.
Holdover Fee. If any guests or staff members remain on the Premises beyond the hours of this Agreement, Licensee may be charged a fee of $25.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof that the Premises remains occupied. This fee may be deducted from Licensee's clean up/damage deposit.
Holdover Fee. Tenant shall pay Landlord rent in the amount of two (2) times the daily rent calculated by using the monthly rent from the preceding month for tenants who fail to vacate a property at the termination of their lease, or the date provided on their Notice to Vacate as their final day of occupancy. This fee will cease upon delivery of the keys to the office of the Manager.
