Holdover Fee. If Customer does not remove its Product from the Terminal on or before the date this Schedule terminates, except to the extent any delay in removal is caused by Company, Customer will pay a holdover fee of $0.05 per Barrel of Product per day in addition to any Throughput Charge.
Holdover Fee. Each Tenant shall pay One-Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each day he or she occupies the Premises or otherwise holds over the expiration of the Lease Term.
Holdover Fee. If the STUDENT does not vacate the premises during the Semester Break period or at the end of the term of occupancy, the UNIVERSITY reserves the right to charge a $100 per day holdover fee.
Holdover Fee. Residents who leave for an Interim Break without transferring out of their old Room assignment into their new Room assignment will be charged a $100 holdover fee. Residents must reside in the Room to which they are assigned. Residents who transfer Rooms without prior approval will be required to transfer back to their original Room. A $50 fee and a student conduct violation may be imposed for transferring from one Room to another without prior approval from the Housing Service Center and completion of the Room Change request form.
Holdover Fee. Licensee shall pay to Licensor a daily charge of $1.50 per square foot of rented space for each day the Licensee continues to occupy the Garage or Storage Unit beyond the Expiration Date or the date of earlier termination (the “Holdover Fee”). The daily payment obligation of the Holdover Fee is in addition to, and is not a substitute for, all other remedies available to Licensor under applicable law or in equity.

Holdover Fee. (i) If the Tenant fails to leave the Premises at the end of the Term or upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant will, at M-NCPPC’s election, be deemed to be holding over. During any holdover period, Tenant shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement, except that the monthly rent will be one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the last monthly rent before the expiration or termination of this Agreement for the first 12 months after the expiration or earlier termination date.
(ii) If Tenant fails to leave the Premises for more than 12 months after termination date, the monthly rent will increase by an additional twenty-five percent (25%) every 12 months thereafter.
9. Section 20 of the Agreement is amended by deleting Tenant’s notice addresses and inserting the following: Tenant: STC Three LLC c/o Crown Castle USA Inc. General Counsel Attn: Legal-Real Estate Department 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317-8564
10. A new Section 27 is added to the end of the Agreement stating the following:
Holdover Fee.
