Common use of Holdover Clause in Contracts

Holdover. If Tenant shall, without the written consent of Landlord, hold over after the expiration of the term of this Lease, such tenancy shall be for an indefinite period of time on a month-to-month tenancy, which tenancy may be terminated as provided by the laws of the State of Washington. During such tenancy, Xxxxxx agrees to pay to Landlord the same rate of rental as set forth herein including all other amounts then payable by Tenant to Landlord, unless a different rate is agreed upon, and to be bound by all the terms, covenants, and conditions as herein specified, so far as applicable.

Holdover. If Tenant shall, without the written consent of Landlord, hold over after the expiration or termination of the term of this LeaseTerm, such tenancy shall be for an indefinite period of time deemed to be on a month-to-month tenancy, which tenancy basis and may be terminated as provided by the laws of the State of Washingtonaccording to Washington law. During such tenancy, Xxxxxx Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord 125% the same rate of rental as set forth herein including all other amounts then last payable by Tenant to Landlordunder this Lease, unless a different rate is agreed upon, and to be bound upon by all Landlord. All other terms of the terms, covenants, and conditions as herein specified, so far as applicableLease shall remain in effect.

Holdover. Holdover.
