Holiday Decorations. District Manager or its Subcontractors may choose to design, manufacture, or purchase and install holiday decorations within the public right of way. These may include but not limited to street light pole banners, lights in or around trees, lights on street light poles, etc. This work may be completed seasonally per the schedule shown in Section E of this Scope of Work.

Holiday Decorations. Only use holiday lights when you are at home and awake. Do not overload electrical outlets. Worn- out electrical cords and plugs should be replaced. Natural Christmas trees are prohibited. Never attach or hang anything from a sprinkler pipe or sprinkler head. Significant water damage can result. Keep your fire egress paths clear when installing any holiday decorations or furnishings.
Holiday Decorations. Exterior decorations specific to a holiday may not be displayed more than 30 days before or more than 14 days after the holiday date or period. Decorations may be attached to the house or installed within the mulched areas adjacent to the front of the dwelling. Displays, electrical wiring and tie-downs etc. shall not be placed in or across sodded areas. Consideration of neighbors and access by contractors should be exercised when decorating for any occasion. Avoid a decorative display that, in the opinion of the Board, could be considered an attractive nuisance.

B) Cloth, cotton batting, straw, vines, leaves and xxxx may not be used for decorative effect. C) Only mini-lights may be used on artificial trees and wreaths. D) All lighting must be UL approved. E) Electric lights may not be used on metallic trees. F) Any freestanding artificial decorations must be properly supported and located so as not to block an access/egress route.
Holiday Decorations. In the event that the User rents the Premises during periods when the Pavilion is otherwise decorated for the holidays, the User may not remove or alter the Town decorations, unless approved by the Pavilion Coordinator. User assumes complete and sole responsibility for compliance with rules and regulations concerning copyright and similar intellectual property right laws pertaining to material to be used, performed or displayed at the Premises, and for payment of all licenses or similar fees in connection therewith. User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Town, its officers, employees and insurers from and against any and all claims, demands, or suits that may be made or brought with respect to the use, performance or display of any such material at the Premises, including, but not limited to claims for copyright infringement or similar intellectual property right violations.

Holiday Decorations. Holiday decorations within and on the exterior of Residential Units and on Lots are permitted, subject to the following: (i) No decoration that includes lights or sound may constitute a nuisance or undue interference with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, as determined by the Board or the managing agent on behalf of the Board. In making such determination, the Board may reasonably consider such factors as sound level, flashing or strobe lighting effects, and the offensive nature of decorations to a reasonable person (by way of example, particularly graphic Halloween decorations); (ii) no display with illumination or sound may remain on past 10:00 p.m. or such other time limit as may be established by the Board from time to time; and (iii) no decoration shall remain on display or be visible from the exterior of the Residential Unit, whether illuminated or not, for more than twenty (20) days after the holiday event. The Board shall have the authority to establish such dates in the event of any question.
