Homeowner Campaigns. With support from the Gainesville Clean Water Partnership, ACEPD has created various campaigns designed to influence behaviors to reduce water pollution. Below is a summary of the current campaigns. The City will work with ACEPD to determine which campaigns to focus on each year based on survey results. ACEPD will use additional County funds and grant funds (other than GCWP funds) as they become available to extend the reach of campaigns.
