Rain Gage Network Maintenance. Description: The City maintains contracts with ACEPD and Hydrologic Data Collection, Inc. to support an existing rain gage network made up of six stations. Rain Gage data is recorded every 15 minutes. Once a month, data is tracked and inspections of stations take place to address any gage issues. Minimum, maximum and total rainfall values are calculated by day and shared with staff on a quarterly basis.   • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement.   • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.
