Common use of Hong Kong Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Hong Kong Underwriters. The Company hereby appoints the Hong Kong Underwriters, to the exclusion of all others, to underwrite the Hong Kong Public Offering, and the Hong Kong Underwriters, relying on the Warranties, severally (and not jointly or jointly and severally) accept such appointment, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Hong Kong Underwriters. The Company hereby appoints the Hong Kong Underwriters, to the exclusion of all others, to underwrite the Hong Kong Public OfferingOffer Shares, and as agents of the Company, to procure applications for the Hong Kong Offer Shares, and the Hong Kong Underwriters, relying on the Warranties, severally (and not jointly or jointly and severally) accept such appointment, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
