Honoring the CBA Sample Clauses

Honoring the CBA. The Successor Operator shall be obligated to continue the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement for a period of at least ninety (90) days, during which time the Successor Operator has the option to notify the Union it wishes to negotiate the terms and conditions of the CBA during that period. If the Successor Operator does not exercise that option, then the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall remain intact through its full term.
