Minimum Wage Adjustment. The Base hourly pay rate for any job classification covered by this Agreement shall be at least ten cents ($0.10) per hour greater than the Washington State minimum wage. If the Washington State minimum wage is raised above the applicable base hourly wage rate shown in the above wage scales, the affected base hourly wage rates will automatically be increased by the amount necessary to maintain those base rates at least $0.10 above the minimum wage rate. Steps above the base wage rate subject to such increases applicable to the affected job classifications will be recalculated to maintain the affected wage scale’s then existing percent difference between steps.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. It is a term of this agreement that any State Wage Case increase will be compared with the increases prescribed under clause 2.1 of this agreement. Provided that any annual State Wage Case increase which would provide a higher overall annual wage increase than those prescribed in clause 2.1 will be applied from the operative date of the State Wage Case.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. In the event that the Provincial and/or Federal minimum wage increases during the life of the Agreement, the following shall apply:
Minimum Wage Adjustment. The parties agree that should the minimum wage in the province of Manitoba increase during the term of this agreement, the rates will be adjusted so as to ensure there is a minimum thirty (30¢) cent differential between any hourly rate and the minimum wage for the province, effective the same date the minimum wage is adjusted.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. In the event of an increase to the provincial minimum wage rate, the wage rate contained in Appendix A-1 will be adjusted. Wages will be increased by an amount required to place that rate twenty-five (25¢) cents above the Manitoba minimum wage.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. In the event that the provincial minimum wage increases during the life of this Agreement, adjustments will be made to the grid according to the procedure specified below. If the minimum wage increases by an amount that is greater than the monetary increases applied to each of the hourly rates of pay as per the negotiated increases in the attached grids, those rates will be increased by the difference, in cents, between the previous increases applied to the grid and the increase to the provincial minimum wage. The delta of the rates will be calculated based on the increase applied to the grid that immediately preceded the minimum wage increase. Such an increase shall take effect on the date of the increase to the provincial minimum wage. For example, if the start rate of the pay band 1 get $0.10/hour increase on 1 April 2020, and the provincial minimum wage increases by $0.20/hour in 1 October 2020, the start rate of pay band 1 will be increased by $0.10/hour on 1 October 2020.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. If either the federal or state minimum wage increases during the life of this Agreement, the starting rates in Appendix A will increase to, at least, twenty cents (20¢) above the federal or state minimum wage (whichever is higher); and, as a result, every progression step after the starting rate must be, at least, ten cents (10¢) above the preceding step.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. 1. Effective April 21, 2024, any classification whose flat-rated hourly salary is less than $20.00 per hour shall be increased to a flat-rated hourly salary of $20.00 per hour.
2. Effective April 21, 2024, any classification whose salary range contains salary steps that compensate at an hourly rate that is less than $20.00 per hour shall have the starting step increased to the step in the salary range that compensates at an hourly rate that is $20.00 per hour or higher. Any employee who is assigned to a salary step of less than $20.00 per hour as of April 21, 2024, shall be reassigned to the new starting salary step such that the employee earns a minimum of $20.00 per hour. If the range in effect on April 21, 2024, does not contain a salary step that is equal to or greater than $20.00 per hour, the salary range shall be increased so that the top step of the new salary range is equal to or greater than $20.00 per hour.
3. Effective October 20, 2024, any classification whose flat-rated hourly salary is less than $21.50 per hour shall be increased to a flat-rated hourly salary of $21.50 per hour.
4. Any employee who is assigned to a salary step of less than $21.50 per hour as of October 20, 2024, shall be reassigned to the new starting salary step such that the employee earns a minimum of $21.50 per hour. If the range in effect on October 20, 2024, does not contain a salary step that is equal to or greater than $21.50 per hour, the salary range shall be increased so that the top step of the new salary range is equal to or greater than $21.50 per hour.

Minimum Wage Adjustment. Each cents per hour increase to the Manitoba Provincial Minimum Wage shall be applied to all of the hourly rates of pay contained in 19.1 dealing with wages. At the time of the change a new 19.1 dealing with wages shall reflect any revised hourly rates of pay not shown here and shall be prepared by the Union and signed off by the respective parties. For the purposes of this Agreement, the effective date of any such increase shall be the same as the effective date of the increase to the Manitoba Provincial Minimum Wage.
Minimum Wage Adjustment. The parties agree that should the minimum wage in the Province of Manitoba increase during the term of this agreement, the rates contained in Appendix B-1 will be adjusted so as to ensure that there is a minimum forty (40¢) cent differential between any increment and the minimum wage. The wage scales above the effected start rate will also be increased so as to create a forty (40¢) cent spread with the rate immediately below that rate. These adjustments will continue up the scale in the wage classification effected, until such a time as the current wage in the Collective Agreement within said classification is higher than the adjusted scale would be.
