Common use of Hospital Central Agreement March Clause in Contracts

Hospital Central Agreement March. The Hospital agrees that it will not make work assignments that violate the purpose and intent of this provision. The Hospital will advise the local Association of the names of any nurses performing the duties of positions outside of the bargaining unit pursuant to Articles and/or the date the assignment commenced, the area of assignment and the duration of such assignments.
