Common use of Hospital Privileges for Medical Group’s Participating Providers Clause in Contracts

Hospital Privileges for Medical Group’s Participating Providers. Unless otherwise specified by Medical Group and approved by PacifiCare for specific Participating Providers, each of Medical Group’s Participating Providers who is a physician shall maintain in good standing at all times during the term of this Agreement medical staff membership and clinical privileges at Hospital necessary to provide or arrange Covered Services to Medical Group Members.
