HOSTED SOLUTION SUPPORT. In addition to the Maintenance and Support services related to the Software that Service Provider will provide in accordance with the terms of the Maintenance Agreement, Service Provider also agrees to provide maintenance and technical support as described below.
HOSTED SOLUTION SUPPORT. Service Provider will provide Hosted Solution Support twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (excluding holidays) as follows:
