Common use of Hosted Wallet Management Clause in Contracts

Hosted Wallet Management. Hosted Wallets includes those that are connected to the Internet or other network or that are operating on a device that is connected to the Internet or other network (“Hot Wallets”) and those that are not connected to the Internet or other network or that are operating on a device that is not connected to the Internet or other network (“Cold Wallets”). Zero Hash will use both Hot Wallets and Cold Wallets to store the Private Keys for cryptocurrencies that Zero Hash holds on your behalf. The types of Wallets used and the manner and means of their use will be determined at Zero Hash's discretion based on its then-current practices and procedures. The blockchain address used by Zero Hash to hold any cryptocurrency is not an indication of individual ownership of such cryptocurrency.
