Custody of Your Assets. 1.1 We will act as your custodian in relation to your Custody Portfolio. We will hold your Custody Portfolio on trust for you on and subject to the terms of this Division 5 of the JBWere Multi-Asset Platform Agreement. 1.2 Subject to this Division 5 of the JBWere Multi- Asset Platform Agreement, you are absolutely and beneficially entitled to all assets forming part of your Custody Portfolio.

Custody of Your Assets. 4.1. Round does not act as your Custodian or hold Client Money, WealthKernel Limited and/or Interactive Brokers acts as your Custodian. 4.2. All assets held under custody by the Broker are protected by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS") up to a value of £85,000. 4.3. By completing the KYB Form, you agree to enter into a contract with WealthKernel Limited, governed by the WealthKernel Client Terms as found in Appendix 6 of these Terms. 4.4. You consent to us sharing any information provided by you to us with WealthKernel for the purposes of opening a General Investment Account (“GIAˮ, “Accountˮ) and fulfilling any due diligence requirements of WealthKernel. 4.5. You consent to us sharing any information provided by you to us with Interactive Brokers for the purposes of opening a Client Account and fulfilling any due diligence requirements of Interactive Brokers. You will be required to agree to their Terms and Conditions, found in Appendix 10 of these Terms upon submission of information to Interactive Brokers.

  • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology. Further, UPS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information without limitation or obligation of any type to You.
