Hosting Agreement. On or prior to the date of this Agreement, Parent and the Company shall enter into a hosting services agreement in the form of Annex D (the “Hosting 58 Agreement”) pursuant to which the Company shall provide certain Bitcoin mining services with respect to certain Bitcoin miners owned by Parent.
