Common use of Hosting and Control Clause in Contracts

Hosting and Control. At all times during the Services Term (defined below) Synacor shall (a) host and maintain any and all pages that comprise the Sites; (b) maintain complete technical and editorial control of the Sites; and (c) act as the intermediary for all transmissions between Search Services Provider and the Sites.

Hosting and Control. At all times during the Services Term (defined below) Term, Synacor shall will (a) host deliver and maintain manage any and all pages that comprise the Sitessites on which Search Services are provided; (b) maintain complete technical and editorial control of the Sitessuch sites, all of which will be subject to approval by Client; and (c) act as the intermediary for all transmissions between Search Services Provider and the Sitessuch sites.
