Common use of Hotel Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Hotel Arrangements. AT&T has established Market-Based Room Rate Guidelines for vendors to reference when making hotel reservations in the United States (see Addendum A). Non-US vendors may use these dollar per diems as a guide, but any locally specified per diems will take precedence.
