Hotel Site. If the Hotel Site is owned by an unrelated third-party lessor, then such lessor may Transfer an Equity Interest in the Hotel Site without notice to us and without our consent provided that, after completion of such Transfer, you remain in compliance with the requirements of Subparagraphs 6.a.(24), 6.a.(25) and 6.a.(34) of this Agreement.
