Hourly Assignments Sample Clauses

The 'Hourly Assignments' clause defines the terms under which work is performed and compensated based on the number of hours worked. Typically, this clause specifies the hourly rate, the process for tracking and approving hours, and any limits or requirements for overtime. For example, it may require workers to submit timesheets for approval or set a maximum number of billable hours per week. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparent and fair compensation for time-based work, while providing both parties with clear expectations regarding payment and workload.
