HOURS CHANGES - PUBLIC AUTHORITIES OR AGREEMENT. (a) The regular hours of work established herein may be changed by Company at the request or direction of public authorities, provided, however, that before any such change is made Company shall discuss it with Union. Company shall not be required to pay overtime compensation by reason of any change made as provided in this Subsection.
