Hours Per Month. Establish a yearly operational plan for the CCPS • Authorize payments to Project Coordinator, consultants, webmaster, and other expenses associated with CCPS • Work with the administrator of the server (Ayamba) for maintenance and updates to the system • Provide supervision and direction to the Project Coordinator • Oversee the conflict resolution process for dates/requests • Ensure that CCPS policies are available to and updated annually • Convene and lead the CCPS Steering Committee meetings ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF CCPS PROJECT COORDINATOR • Will operate with a contract through the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California • Set annual schedules for academia and service to input schedules, requests and coordinates approvals and communicates effectively to stakeholders • Schedule a yearly conflict resolution day for academia; conducts this session with all stakeholders • Assist with additional training for users and new participants • Serve as a resource to academia and service regarding any placement/approval issues and assist with data entry ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF COMMUNITY COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONSResponsible for inputting student schedule requests in a timely manner by agreed upon date • Responsible for meeting with the CCPS Project Coordinator and other academia representatives at the annual “conflict resolution day” to discuss and solve scheduling conflictsAgree to utilize the CCPS system for student placements • Attend scheduled CCPS steering committee meetings • Receive yearly invoice for CCPS and forward to their respective supervisor for request for payment ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF HOSPITALS/CLINICAL PROVIDERS • Approve student placement requests by agreed upon date • Work through the CCPS system for approval of student placements • Attend scheduled CCPS steering committee meetings • Receive yearly invoice for CCPS and forward to their respective supervisor for request for payment TRAINING • Training will be provided annually to hospital and college administrative staff responsible for inputting data into the CCPS. One-on-one assistance will be available from the Project Coordinator, upon request.
Hours Per Month. The Consultant shall provide Dejour with 80 hours per month consulting under this Agreement.
Hours Per Month. The anticipated maximum number of hours per month for each of the classification of positions and disciplines of the Owner’s Representative’s personnel proposed for the Project;
Hours Per Month. The Consultant shall provide Dejour with 160 hours per month consulting under this Agreement.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal years to end on December 31 of each calendar year and (ii) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.

  • Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.

  • Hours Worked For the purpose of computing the number of hours worked, all time during which an employee is in paid status shall be construed as hours worked.

  • Computation Period Interest on the Loans and all other amounts payable by Borrower hereunder on a per annum basis shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day) unless such calculation would result in a usurious rate or to the extent such Loan bears interest based upon the Base Rate, in which case interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year or 366-day year, as the case may be. In computing the number of days during which interest accrues, the day on which funds are initially advanced shall be included regardless of the time of day such advance is made, and the day on which funds are repaid shall be included unless repayment is credited prior to the close of business on the Business Day received. Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.

  • Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10. In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution. (b) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall also be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6.9.
