House Cleaning. ‌ Members of the Cincinnati Fire Department shall be required to perform house cleaning on an annual basis only in areas where they stand watch, eat or sleep. Members of the fire suppression companies shall not be required to clean the administrative offices of the Fire Chief, Fire Prevention Bureau, Training Bureau or the Superintendent of Apparatus. The Training Bureau auditorium is excluded from this provision.
House Cleaning. Section 1. Duties, Locations, Limits & Scheduling. (A) Duties other than firefighting and fire prevention work shall be limited to the routine daily house cleaning and shall not include wall and ceiling cleaning, cleaning of the secretary's office or the fire prevention office and the lavatories of those offices, or any room that is not available to fire fighters twenty-four (24) hours a day. Windows shall be done once every month. Annual wall, floor and ceiling washing by Fire Fighters shall be limited to the upstairs living quarters, the Chief’s office if requested, lobby, watch office and the apparatus room. Maintenance of the apparatus room shall remain as in the past. (B) Captain, lieutenant, and fire fighter duties other than those related to fire suppression and fire prevention shall be limited to daily and annual house cleaning duties of the station living quarters, apparatus, and equipment rooms in accordance with departmental policy approved by the Chief. Housekeeping and/or grounds maintenance employee(s) shall maintain all other areas in accordance with departmental policy approved by the Chief.
House Cleaning. Due to the scarcity of qualified local professional cleaning services, particularly on transition Saturdays, tenants will be responsible for cleaning the premises to its beginning rental period status. Vacuum cleaners and miscellaneous cleaning supplies are provided by the owner. For those tenants choosing to use the BBQ grill(s), they will be expected to clean said grill(s), empty the grease cup and refill the propane tank accordingly. Failure to clean the premises properly will result in a significant deduction penalty from the tenant’s security deposit. Tenants have the option to contract ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ cleaning services (i.e.518-585-2128) for cleaning assistance.
House Cleaning. Daily cleaning service is not included in rental rate, however is available at an additional rate of $30.00 per hour. Please contact owner if you would like cleaning during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available under the sink (windex, bleach cleaner, etc.) and in the garage (vacuum, dustpan & broom, etc.) should you need/desire to use it.
House Cleaning. While linens and bath towels are included with the house rental, daily maid service is not included in rate. The house is cleaned prior to the Renters arrival. If Renter desires additional cleaning services they may be available at an additional charge. Departure Maid Service includes stripping of beds, laundry of all linens, removal of trash and general house cleaning. Charges will be assessed if appropriate for missing items, repairs and/or excessive cleaning. Owner does not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. Owner suggests Renters bring beach towels.
House Cleaning. We agree to share the following responsibilities: sweeping/vacuuming, emptying the trash, dusting, picking up the room, cleaning the bathroom (if applicable), etc… We agree to maintain the cleanliness of the room and bathroom (where applicable) and attend to the areas as needed.   • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.
