Common use of Household Hazardous Waste Clause in Contracts

Household Hazardous Waste. “Household Hazardous Waste” or “HHW” means Hazardous Waste generated at Residential Service Unit. HHW includes, but is not limited to: paint, stain, varnish, thinner, adhesives, auto products such as old fuel, Cell Phones, Household Batteries, Household Batteries, fluorescent bulbs, tubes, cleaners and sprays, and pesticides, fertilizers, and other garden products.

Household Hazardous Waste. “Household Hazardous Waste” or “HHW” means di minimis quantities of Hazardous Wastes generated by households and small businesses as part of the Waste generated at Residential Service Unit. HHW includesstream, but is not limited to: paint, stain, varnish, thinner, adhesives, auto products such as old fuel, Cell Phones, Household Batteries, Household Batteries, fluorescent bulbs, tubes, cleaners of the type and sprays, and pesticides, fertilizers, and other garden productscharacteristics typically found in residential waste streams.
